Wot up! wot up! lovely people. Just posting this because I’m not feeling all that positive today and sometimes just looking back and seeing how far you’ve come can motivate you :)
Also, one more thing…I’ve noticed the time of the year has come when the gym starts getting less and less crowded. I’m guessing New Years resolutions have started dying down? If you’re one of those people who have started skipping then, stop that and get that little butt of yours back to the gym ;)
